I recently received an email from a social website owner asking me to spread the word about his dispute with The Harley-Davidson Motor Company. I found a story about the dispute reported by Rick Barrett of the Journal Sentinel. Here's an excerpt:
"A motorcycle enthusiast has the 'lawyer from Hell' to defend himself from accusations by Harley-Davidson Inc. that his social network infringes on the company's name. James Coulbourne says he owns the website HarleySpace.com, but that Harley-Davidson has told him to stop using the name because it's a trademark infringement. The Delaware man's attorney is Fritz Clapp, who represents the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club in intellectual property cases and goes by the name 'lawyer from Hell' on his website." -- Rick Barrett, Journal SentinelRead the complete article.
